Made entirely with Motueka hops from New Zealand The Southern Oracle has a light citrus aroma with hints of lemon and tropical fruit. Light malt sweetness balances the moderate hop bitterness. Again the flavor is reminiscent of citrus fruit. A clean maltiness rides through the finish with lingering hop character.
