The Precipice is a hybrid IPA with malt characteristics of an English IPA and the hop profile more typical of American IPAs. The result is a well balanced beer with malt hints of biscuit and toast. The hops are prominent with notes of citrus, pine and tropical fruit. The finish has a strong lingering bitterness.
