We brewed Perihelion IPA with Zappa and Talus hops. These two newer hop varieties provide a very unique aroma and flavor. Notes of cedar, coconut and tropical fruit dominate. Hints of citrus and pine come through late in the finish. A slight caramel malt backbone balances the prominent hop bitterness.
