OT was a collaboration beer with the Manager of Hops & Berries Taylor Caron. 16 different malted and unmalted grains with English hops and an unusual pairing of yeasts create a unique Belgo-influenced farmhouse ale. Tropical fruit and lemongrass dominate the aromas with a spicy cereal malt flavor lingering through the finish. Yes it’s pretty “Out There”.
