Every semester CSU’s Brewing Sciences class brews a batch of beer with us. This semester we brewed a Belgian style dubbel. The aroma contains hints of pepper caramelized sugar and dried fruit. Complex flavors blend together. Low hop bitterness allows the moderate malt sweetness to dominate.
