For the 14th semester in a row we brought CSU’s Brewing Sciences and Technology class (FTEC 460) to join us for a brew day.Haley’s Comet IPA has a strong hop aromawith notes of tangerine and tropical fruit.The aggressive bitterness is balanced by a substantial malt backbone. Hop flavors also dominate the flavor profile with more citrusand pine-like character. A subtle savorinesslingers in the finish.
