Big Dipper is a Honey Nut Cheerio Brown Ale. A recipe designed and brewed by local homebrewer Alex Grote that incorporates Cheerios (yes real Cheerios) in the mash and a hefty addition of honey in the boil. The aroma has a distinct honey character with a subtle nuttiness. A rich toasty malt flavor balances the dryness of the honey.
