An American style wheat ale made with 50% wheat Helios is light and crisp. The wheat provides a distinct haze and slightly tart flavor. The addition of honey to the whirlpool contrtibutes a distinct aroma and flavor and lightens the body. The finish is dry with lingering fruitiness.
