ZweiNox IPL is a special collaboration we did with our friends at Zwei Brewing. This beer embodies something special from both our breweries: lagers from Zwei and IPA’s from Nox. The lager yeast ensures a clean beer free from fruity esters and phenolics. This paves the way for an understanding of the flavor and aroma we get from such a heavy dose of fruity hops. A slightly sweeter malt backbone helps your pallet keep everything in perspective and eases the high bitterness. Prost!!
