TC was named for the manager (Taylor Caron) of Hops and Berrie homebrew supply. Rich bready malt flavor with graham cracker and toasty accents carry slight hints of caramel. Ripe fruity esters with earthy floral hop characters dominate the aroma. These flavors all come together on the palate yielding a balanced English style pale ale with a dry finish.
