We took Eclipse Brown one of our favorite beers and made it bigger… a lot bigger. Malt dominates the aroma and flavor of Total Eclipse. Caramel and toffee mingle with a light fruitiness giving implications of dark dried fruit. The alcoholic strength is evident contributing additional flavor complexity. A light hoppy citrus character opens during the long slow finish.
