For the 16th semester in a row, we brought CSU’s Brewing Sciences and Technology class (FTEC 460) to join us for a brew day. The Older Sun IPA has a strong hop aroma, with notes of grapefruit and white wine. The aggressive bitterness is balanced by a substantial malt backbone. Hop flavors also dominate the flavor profile, with herbal hints of cedar and sweet green tea. A subtle savoriness lingers in the finish.
