After traveling for millions of years comet ISON has grazed the sun. The giant snowball of frozen gasses and rock has survived its encounter but only partially leaving it just a wee bit of the heavy comet it once was. Our Wee Heavy may not have originated in the Oort cloud but its smooth malt character and deceptive strength push to the cosmographical boundary of Scotch Ales. You might even find a slight hint of peat smoke in this massive celestial body’s tail.
