We made Sultana IPA to highlight the bright flavors and aromas of Sultana hops. The nose bursts with notes of citrus, pineapple and tropical fruit. Hops dominate the flavor, though a generous malt profile provides balance to the intense bitterness. Hints of pine, tangerine and distinct pineapple fruitiness dance across the palate. Toasted wheat malt contributes a light nuttiness, while caramel malts lend a lingering sweetness.
