We have done it again! Together the Fort Collins breweries came up with new fun beers for our wonderful beer enthusiasts! Taking a similar shape to last years collaboration we divided up and made teams of 3 to 4 breweries. Each team created a special beer but we all used the exact same ratio of base malt. Hops style ABV and everything else were up to the brewers to decide. Here at Equinox we created a Steinbier heating rocks to 1000+ degrees and dropping them into the wort to flash boil! Why you ask? Carmelization burnt sugar and most importantly fun!!
