The recent discovery of sub-atomic neutrino particles traveling faster than the speed of light deserves celebration – we brewed an American style IPA! Pineapple and mango hop notes dominate the front of the aroma with lingering notes of citrus at the end. The medium body carries more tropical and piney hop flavors across the palate and leaves a slow residual bitterness. NIPA finishes dry with malty bread crust and white grape skin notes. Cheers to time travel!
