Eins Zwickelbier is a quaffable session beer that falls somewhere between an Alt bier and a Kolsch. The beer pours light amber in color with a slight haze. A malty graininess dominates the flavor with a subtle herbal hop finish. Fermented with an ale yeast at cooler temperatures the yeast profile is very soft and neutral.
