Inspired by surreal images and the collapse of our notions of a fixed cosmic order Dali Pale Ale has a a rich malt profile and aggressive hop character. The hop flavors contains hints of tropical fruit and pine like resin. The flavors persist in the finish rounding out a toasty maltiness. The overall impression is of balance between hops and malt light and dark hard and soft though it’s not quite that simple. “There is only one difference between a madman and me.
