Bootes pours dark brown with deep copper highlights beneath a light tan head. The aroma has a rich malt complexity toasty and a bit bready. The dark malts are subdued giving way to a rich flavor with hints of caramel and nuts. Medium-full bodied this Baltic Porter has a smooth creamy mouthfeel.
