We brought our fabulous beertender Carly in to design this fun new blend of beer styles! Ay-Ay-I.P.L. was born to bridge the gap betweeen her father’s love for Mexican Lagers, and Carly’s passion for IPAs. A perfect opportunity to end the bickering! A slightly higher mash temperature lends a distinct sweetness to the toasty and bready malt base, but is quickly followed by hints of flowers and citrus. Dry like a traditional lager, yet holding a soft sweetness, this beer is just as fun to drink as it is to say! Ay Ay Ay enjoy!
