Equinox is 9 years old! Colin and Jared came together to create a beer just for the occasion! This American style IPA uses 100% Proximity malt. Using some darker crystal malt we were able to create a nice orange hue, and a malt backbone that holds a distinct sweetness, without overwhelming the hops. Utilizing hops from very different ranges, we were able to impart a gentle balance of flavors. The traditional English character of challenger mingles with the pungent nature of simcoe, and the fruitiness of citra. Thank you all for being such loyal customers!! Cheers!!
