For the 15th semester in a row, we brought CSU’s Brewing Sciences and Technology class (FTEC 460) to join us for a brew day! We created this tasty American Brown Ale. The first impression is heavy notes of toast and caramel in the nose and flavor. Though it quickly gives way to the floral sweetness of the American hops used. The finish is balanced and leaves a hint of roast in your mouth making you thirst for more. Cheers!
