CSU’s Brewing Sciences class (FTEC 460) joined us in the brew house to make 460 Pale Ale. An American style pale 460 has a crisp citrus hop aroma with undertones of malt. Hops also dominate the flavor creating layers of citrus pine and floral notes. The beer finishes clean with some lingering bitterness.
