This fun new experiment is an amalgamation between the two newer IPA varieties, Brut IPA and New England IPA…with a twist of course! A high sugar addition and lower mash temperature impart a super dry and light finish. Heavy whirlpool and dry-hopping offer high fruitiness levels, but still keep the bitterness at bay. A healthy dose of liquid ginger adds a spicy/refreshing dynamic as it mingles with the hop profile. Crisp, light, and refreshing…. Enjoy!
