Our good friends Chris and Nora are getting hitched! To celebrate Chris brought us a recipe for a White IPA. A huge addition of flaked oats gives the beer a full body while retaining a light malt sweetness. Citrusy and spicy hops blend with rosemary and orange peel creating a complex and bright flavor profile. Hops and a fruity yeast character linger in the finish. It’s a nice day for a White IPA!
