This light pale ale was created by local homebrewers Gerry and Jonnie Lynch. After receiving a gold medal at the Liquid Poetry Slam, we chose their beer to be entered into the Pro-Am competition at GABF! “What You Want” features sizable hop additions later in the boil, and for dry hopping. This imparts a strong aroma and flavor of pine and juiciness, without too much bitterness. “What you want, baby we got it!” Cheers!
