Nope it’s not salad dressing. Joe Bowden (aka Joe Loose) beer slinger and home brewer extraordinaire brought his Vienna lager recipe in to brew. Mild hop bitterness balances the light bready malt profile. Malt lingers in the clean dry finish. I could see marinating a chicken in this.
