Every year we look forward to the new crop of hops. This year’s harvest just started arriving so we brewed a celebration beer. Freshly picked Centennial hops contribute a prominent aroma and flavor. Notes of citrus and spice reminiscent of lemons and black pepper balance a soft sweet malt character. The hop profile carries into the finish with lingering hints of pine and citrus. Its all about the hops.
