Deep brown with mahogany highlights. The aroma is toasty with a slight roastiness. The flavor has a rich malt character reminiscent of toffee and nuts. Local homebrewer Randy Walsh won Best of Show at the Liquid Poetry Slam with this recipe and was kind enough to share. 2010 GABF ProAm Entry.
