It’s that time of year again when all the Fort Collins breweries get together and collaborate to make all sorts of fun new experiments! This year Equinox was teamed up with Odell FCBC and Rally King. Each brewery contributed an ingredient; Smoked Malt Midnight Wheat peppercorns and Trappist yeast were the ones we had to include. This Belgian Dubbel has light phenolic hints of spices and a dark malt richness and even a gentle smoke malt presence in the flavor. Cheers!!
