Each year we have the pleasure to select a beer from the local homebrew competition The Liquid Poetry Slam and brew it on our system. This year’s Pro-Am winner was Mark Wingert. He’s an avid homebrewer from Denver and when we tasted his medal winning Black IPA we just couldn’t pass it up! A heavy dose of rye malt adds a distinct dry bready and almost spicy flavor. Citrus forward hops balance out the dark malts with a fruity nose. Get some while it lasts Cheers!
