This fun American IPA was created in honor of our head brewer and taproom manager’s Fourth of July daughter Izabel! A heavy dose of amber malt gives a distinctly toasty nose and flavor. A higher mash temperature keeps some residual sweetness and malt backbone. Liberty Bel has a plethora of fruity and dank hops this helps balance out the huge toasty malt profile with a nice sweet fruitiness.
