What could possibly be better than our two most popular beers Night Ryder Munich Dunkel and Space Ghost IPA? How about a mash up of the two recipes? We took the malt bill for Night Ryder and used the hop additions of Space Ghost to create a hybrid Dunkel IPA. The rich malt balances the intense bitterness of the hops creating a complex palate sensation. Notes of citrus and pine meld with toasty caramel flavors leading to a long slow finish. Let’s face it boundaries were meant to be broken.
