For this German Pilsner we once again tapped into a trusty Hops and Berries crew member Nate Boot. German Opal hops offer a floral yet slightly spicy noble hop aroma. The yeast character is clean showcasing the complex balance between the grainy pilsner malt and herbal/spicy hops. Gemini is crisp and dry with lingering hops in the finish. The overall impression of Gemini is refreshing and clean which keeps your mouth watering for more!
