This exciting beer was the brain child of Matt Dolezal our Tap House manager! Entropycal Red IPA uses Lemondrop and Calypso hops to lend sweet notes of tropical fruit and hints of lemon. The well known Citra hop ensures the classic “American hoppyness.” High levels of crystal malts balance out the beer with a sweet malty flavor and mouth-feel. Be careful This tasty American IPA can eventually lead to a gradual decline into disorder!
