A stronger heavier version of a German Alt in Dusseldorf this would be called a “sticke alt”. Deep amber copper in color with a fluffy off-white head. Hefty proportions of Munich malt build a prominent malt 0character with toasty notes. Hallertauer hops contribute an herbal somewhat spicy hop flavor. Cool fermentation temps keep the yeast character clean with a slight fruitiness.
