We got to collaborate with our close friends at C.B. & Potts for this rare beer style! An Australian Sparkling Ale is a light beer made using predominantly Australian ingredients. While we couldn’t source everything from there we did use what we had to give an American take on an Aussie style! C.B. & Nox is an easy drinker despite it’s decent alcohol level. High carbonation levels give an effervescent/bubbly bite while a dry finish keeps this beer smooth with a light malt backbone. Cheers Mates!
