The rich malty aroma contains hints of caramel cherries and light smoke. We amplified the malt character by caramelizing the first 10% of the mash runnings which provides color and toffee notes. Atom Smasher has a very full body and a long finish. A subtle hop character provides light earthy notes and low bitterness. As the beer warms the flavor becomes more and more complex.
