A mélange of aromas create an enticing bouquet blending spices and malt and squash. Hubbard squash from Native Hill Farms and spices from Old Town Spice Shop were used to brew this complex Fall beer. Cinnamon and ginger give way to a rich maltiness with flavors reminiscent of toffee and burnt sugar. Subtle hops provide a degree of balance but the spices carry through to the finish. “Dune … home of the spice greatest of treasure in the universe. And he who controls it controls our destiny.”
