Brewed with Mosaic a new hop variety from Hop Union Apex has a golden color with strawberry hues and a persistant white head. The clementine/citrus and soft malty aromas give way to cereal maltiness with spicy and orange citrus flavors. Medium bodied Apex has a crisp dry finish.
