I’m just sitting here watching the wheels go round and round I really love to watch them roll. No longer riding on the merry-go-round I just had to let it go!! That’s right Equinox just turned 5 years old! Of course we had to make a new beer to celebrate the occasion. The 5th Anniversary Pale Ale is light and features Sorachi Ace hops. All hops were added in the last 15 minutes of the boil accentuating the complexity of the flavor and aroma. Oh and we dry hopped with some Amarillo just for good luck! Cheers!!
